Spring has arrived and the Rain Rich Team is working hard to turn your sprinklers on and have your system ready to go when the weather turns warm and your lawn and landscape need water. This winter has been extremely difficult with record breaking temperatures and long periods of below freezing weather. When the ground is frozen for long periods of time it expands and contracts and when it thaws it is not always evenly distributed, this may damage your sprinkler components as well as other underground utilities such as wires, water mains, and even tree roots. At Rain Rich, we evaluate every sprinkler system while we are in the process of turning on and we may or may not find problems. My recommendation is to make your appointment as soon as possible so that we may start the system and schedule the repairs before the weather warms up.
