As summer comes to an end this week and the cool days of fall commence it is time to begin planning for the closing of your sprinkler system and renewal of your Service Agreement. At this time, you should have received your annual Service Agreement for your review and renewal. If not, please call our office at 631-423-2211 or email Joanne or Sue. The Rain Rich Team has worked carefully to evaluate each account and insure that the service and the pricing are customized for your property.
I feel it is important that you are aware that we have not raised our service agreement prices in many years and in some cases have been able to reduce some of our costs and pass on the savings to you, our valued client. I will continue to do so as long as it is economically possible.
Remember when you purchase the Service Agreement all service calls are no charge. That’s a $75.00 value/service call, and all repairs and replacements receive a 10% discount. This translates into substantial savings to you. This year alone we have saved our Service Agreement clients thousands of dollars in costs. If you return your service agreement by 10/1/2015, you will receive a 5% discount.
