October is here along with shorter days and cooler temperatures. Your lawn and landscape are preparing for winter and require little or no irrigation especially if we have rain once or twice a week. At this time, it’s important to schedule your irrigation winterizing and sign up for your service agreement.
Winterizing is the most important service your sprinkler system requires. When temperatures drop and water freezes it can cause considerable damage to valves, pipes, and sprinkler heads. To prevent damage, I highly recommend winterizing your sprinkler system by having all the components purged of water using our compressors. The compressors we use inject high volumes of air at low pressure, pushing all the water out through the sprinkler heads. This method of winterizing lawn irrigation systems has proven to be dependable over many decades.
Winterizing will take place mid-October through and up to Thanksgiving.
As we have to winterize every client in a very short period of time (6 weeks) we strongly encourage you call now at 631-423-2211 or visit our website at www.rainrich.com and fill out the request form. You can also email me at rsilverman@rainrich.com to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
We look forward to serving you!
